Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. Your instructor guides you through the basics of handling the seaweed, rice and fillings, then rolling your own sushi. No previous sushi-making experience is needed.
What will I make and eat?
You make temaki — cone-shaped, hand-rolled sushi — with the ingredients in your booked package. You then eat your creations with hot miso soup and green tea.
How long is the experience?
The session lasts approximately 90 minutes. Available start times are shown on the booking page.
Is the class taught in English?
Yes. An English-speaking instructor leads the experience.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Please contact the activity provider through the booking page before reserving and tell them about any allergies or dietary requirements. Ingredient changes and allergen-free preparation are not guaranteed.
Where do we meet?
The venue is 雑煮屋鳥居 (Torii), in Shibuya. Head down to the B1 floor, using the entrance to the right of the hair salon. The map and your booking confirmation give the meeting point.
